What is a PMP?
A PMP is a Preventive Maintenance Plan at Zark Heating & Cooling
What’s Included?
- An annual PMP will cover (1) visit in the spring or summer to clean, check and tune your AC system, as well as (1) visit in the fall or winter to clean, check and tune your furnace! Think of it like getting your oil changed on your car!
- Priority service over non-PMP customers!
- You get up to a 20% discount off all parts, refrigerant and repairs!
- You only pay $50 for a diagnostic or service fee for emergency service. This includes: regular hours, after hours, evenings, weekends and holidays!
- You get up to a 10% discount on new equipment & IAQ products!
- No long term contract. Renewals are available annually. But long term discounts available!
- Most of the time we find small issues before they become costly breakdowns!!
- We are only providing emergency service for Preventative Maintenance Plan (PMP) customers
